Ingredients:

1 1/4 containers (155g) plain flour

1 egg

1 1/4 containers (315ml) buttermilk

1/4 container (60g) white sugar

1 teaspoon preparing powder

1 teaspoon preparing pop

1/4 container (65ml) vegetable oil

Directions:

1.Preheat a frypan over medium heat. Consolidate all elements in a blender, or beat together well in a vessel until smooth.
